Life- you have one life don’t waste it. Listening to Eddie Penney’s narration you don’t only get entertained you learn and get inspired… with a list of simple steps you even get a to do plan so you can be your best for yourself for your family, for your nation and yes even for the world. Eddie, I salute you🫡🇺🇸🫶🏼 As you said what you do when no one is watching (but they are) is what defines you… like you suggested, I try to pick up that garbage, as I go on my runs, that someone carelessly dropped.
In few sentences you do the best debriefs “hot wash” never heard that term before but it was very useful. Love that concept and I’m trying to implement it with my kids.
