Incredible

Why read fiction when you have amazing real storie ssuch as this. Chief Gallagher and his amazing family went through hell and back both in ciuntry and home thanks to corrupt NCIS agents. He doesnt hide his wrongs and explains everything from an objective point of view (as much as possible). I find myself wishing there was a sequel, but I dont rhink Chief wants to go through this again lol.

Great Book, Editing of the Audio Could Be Better

I really enjoyed this book, and the writing is good. My only issue is with the audio itself. It could be cleaned up a little. Still really enjoyed it though.

Very impressive

It is a story I wish never needed to be told because it never had happened.... but it did so the story - and the truth - must be told. Huge amount of respect for those who fought for the truth and prayers for all involved.

I finally got to hear his side. I’m embarrassed by what my government did hear yet inspired by Eddie and especially Andrea. Thank you for telling your story.

I enjoyed this book very much. As a fellow sailor it's hard to believe how much our own government will screw us. Woke- ness, entitlement and political correctness are destroying our country !!

Was nice hearing the real voices of each person involved but the audio editing staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

A Journey through War, Tragedy, and Injustice

Readers should prepare for an unbelievable journey through war, tragedy, and injustice. Chapters weave back and forth from the battlefield against terrorism to the battle for one man’s freedom from a corrupt prosecution. The testimony of Gallagher’s children and the closing argument by the defense attorney are as compelling as Gallagher’s own words.

Astounding

It is astounding that a faithful servant of Naval special warfare was treated so horribly. It was beneficial to hear the actual NCIS interviews with the accusers and see how the prosecution behaved inappropriately from the very beginning.

Great book

Yes, the narration is not the best but it’s in authors own words. Overall, I was a great book. I have to admit there was a lot more to the story than what was put out in the news. The book provides details and Chief Gallaghers side of what happened.
