Excellent synopsis of his life's work

A comprehensive history of Monroe's quest for authentic knowledge of his divine nature through soul travel. Descriptive reporting of how the Monroe Institute developed techniques and classes to facilitate dogma free guides, experiences, to facilitate anyone's personal journey. These books are a treasure. Don't sleep or cross over without at least this point of view. Once, I was lost. But if even a speck of this holds truth, i "know" and have always known that help comes to people who ask. Don't be surprised if it is your own self that answers.

I loved this book along his other ones. I think his OOB adventures are fascinating.
