A Wonderful Story. Jason and Rose Were Wonderful

Wow! This was such a good book. Ms Blakely has done it again. She is able to deliver a cleverly written book filled with banter, humor, passion and flirty innuendo between Brooke and Drew. And of course lets not forget the almost instant connection these to form from the day they meet. That alone was had me wanting to find out what happens next. I also enjoyed how strong their feelings and connection grew as they try to navigate through changes they face. One thing that never waivers is their commitment to finding away to make their relationship work. I also like how they are able to listen and help one another. There is no doubt in the the feelings they have for one another and no doubting how the other one feels. They are truly made for one another. I was a chapter into the book and knew I had to get the audio as well. Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro do an amazing job narrating Drew and Brooke. Wonderful HEA

Brooke and Drew's story is a story that will stay in my heart. These two have that " INSTASPARK" that you just love with romances. They meet then things get into an off limits romance that makes you want to squeal and sigh!

Love this book!!! This series has been one of my favorites. I am a fan. Of the author, of the books themselves, and Jason Clarke has a voice I love to hear reading to me! Rose Dioro is new to me, but I can see me becoming a fan of her as well.

I purchased the audiobook for Two a Day and I loved it so much- it made my evening walks fly by for the last few days! Drew and Brooke's meet cute was unique and so fun, and I'm always going to love when the main male character is a professional athlete- that's totally my favorite! Lauren Blakely novels always make me happy and put a smile on my face and every minute of this book was delightful. Rose Dioro and Jason Clarke did a fantastic job with the narration- they were perfectly cast.

Fun Flirty and Sexy Forbidden Romance that sizzles!

Sometimes stories can be complicated… Sometimes the path that a couple takes have to go over all of these mountains before you can crest the top together … and sometimes you get that rare story where it’s just instant chemistry, and it’s easy from the beginning… Sure Drew and Brooke hit their normal snags and navigating a relationship but there’s no denying their chemistry and the white hot attraction from the get go!

Jason Clarke stars as Drew and let’s face it, he could be reading a grocery list, and I would be wrapped with attention, and on the edge of lust!!

Rose Dioro as Brooke brings a classic professional side to the character and portrays her as strong female badass in charge of a male dominated industry!

In the genius of Queen LB’s writing, you are drawn into their story from chapter 1. Through twists and turns that are not over the top but just enough to make you feel and want to know what happens next, You learn that sometimes being together is as simple as waking up in the morning.

Blakely once again interweaves characters from previous books and even books from different books into the magic that is this book.

I found myself routing for Brooke and Drew! Their HEA is new, fresh and real and one that pays off in the end!!!

Very entertaining story and narration!

The book hit all the right buttons for me because of Drew’s gorgeous physicality, his charismatic personality, his good guy charm, and his dirty talking bedroom shenanigans. Brooke is a beautiful, brilliant workaholic attorney with a with a heart of gold but she’s normally very cautious with men. I loved everything about their precipitous first meeting including the fiery chemistry that leads to a night stand that promises more dates in their future. As it happens in romance tropes, circumstances beyond their control threaten their path to happily ever after, but the football action , their respective jobs, and their unmitigated sexual longing had me hooked on this couple from start to finish. Better yet are the very entertaining narration performances of Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro.

I love a good flirty sexy forbidden workplace (kind of) romance but only when Lauren Blakely writes it because she is the queen of no drama ;) I really enjoy that she can take the most drama filled tropes and make them almost drama free. This is a relationship between a football player & team lawyer and the best thing about it is that they have complete chemistry from the meet cute. These characters were truly realistic and had me wanting to be in their inner circle. The other characters in this story were all fabulous and I can't wait to who gets their own story.
This book has sexy humor that isn't silly, chemistry that sizzles and a perfect romance that makes it 5 stars for me.

The narration was PERFECT as always! Loved them both so much. I also love how we always get so much extra at the end of these audiobooks.

Fun, flirty and steamy!

“Two a Day” is a fun, flirty, steamy forbidden-ish romance between a humble quarterback and a smart lawyer who met on the beach and couldn’t stay away from each other even if they should have.

Drew Erickson needs a day off from the expectations as the quarterback for one of LA’s teams. While out on the beach, his board gets away from him and a woman named Brooke, who had seen him out in the ocean, helps him out. The two have an instant connection and spend the day together. But thanks to some technology difficulties, the two lose touch but reconnect when they find out they are now working together. That puts a squash on any promising dates. But fate decides that she can’t keep Drew and Brooke apart.

I loved Drew and Brooke so much. Their chemistry was steaming off the pages and they have become a favorite of mine in the Lauren Blakely world. The hot and flirty texts between Drew and Brooke were so good and both are delicious dirty talkers. I found myself laughing and blushing at the same time as these two flirted. Their meet-cute was great and I loved everything that happened in this book. Drew is a genuine guy who wants to be the best teammate he can be and his relationship with his mom squeezed my heart in the best possible way. Brooke was his perfect match and understood his need for being the best he could be but also brought him back down to human level. The epilogues were the perfect way to wrap up their story.

Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro were so perfect as Drew and Brooke. They brought their passion for life and work alive and I couldn’t think of two better narrators for this story. I’m never disappointed listening to them.

Not only was the story good but the narration was fantastic! And Lauren Blakely always gives great teasers for her other books, which are all good stories and I love the narrators she picks for all of her books. This is a fun read, especially if you love sports romance.

Wow! Just try not to blush listening to this one.

So awesome! Lauren Blakely has done it again. Drew and Brooke’s story was perfect. No heavy drama and the dialogue was….wow.

Lessons I learned - be careful not to play on the car speakers with the windows rolled down. I think I made the guy in the car next to me blush as much as I did.
