Eve, quiet and weak, or strong and confident

The story line is good but I lost my patience with Eve. And by the end of the book I hated all of them except little Mazie. In my opinion the author could have cut a lot of the hang wringing and hem hawing out. Cut to the chase. But if you like drawn out dramatics dig in!

to far fetched

first I was drawn in but it got very tall and unbelievable and Just when i was going to listening, I got Drawn back but that only lasted a few chapters and then I was out, never finished it

Laughable

This book was complete nonsense- characters awful - narration was like listening to nails on chalkboard
Waste of my credit - I’ll remember this author for next time do as I don’t make that mistake again

I returned and got my credit back

I personally could not stand the way this was narrated but the way it was written was just very unappealing and weird? The narrator was breathy and overly dramatic in scenes that did not need that at all. As for the writing - I had to check a couple of times that I didn’t accidentally start from the middle of the book because it genuinely felt like I missed several chapter but not in an intriguing way that pulled me in and I wanted more it was in a way that left me feeling lost and bored. Really can’t stress enough how annoying the narration was like relax? Even for an appropriate situation like (spoiler) a child going missing the way she whined and the heavy breathing I had to turn the story off it was just too much. It felt like daytime soap opera from the 90’s also with the most random and out there crap that would pop up and there was zero warm up for any of it. I would save my money in this economy.
