I've listened to this twice now.

A dark, twisted tale that uncovered more about their past and raises more questions. The bond between the guys and the MC is strong, but other forces creep closer to rip them apart. Lots of steam, suspense, and my only critique would be that I just want more.

Good book

Great ending to the series. It keeps up with the twists and suspense until the very end. Maddie really gets to show how strong she is in this book and she and her men grow even closer by the end.

Action-Packed to the end!

This series finale did not disappoint. It was full of action, steam, and twists. I love that I never really knew what to expect, but everything still works out in the end of these wonderful characters. Madelyn and her men really proved themselves in this twisted world they found themselves in, and I loved seeing how they ended up fitting into Beckett's life. A truly entertaining series that I'm sure I'll revisit anytime I want to feel like a normal person can be a total bada**.

The narration gets 5/5 stars. Desiree and Aaron did a great job bringing these characters to life. I could always tell which guy Aaron was speaking as, even before a name was mentioned!

I have enjoyed this world from the very beginning.
This one will keep you on your toes trying to figure out what is going on, and will everything turn out ok. I read and listened to this and enjoyed the dual narrators. I look forward to the next world

Perfect ending

This is the perfect title for a series that has so many twists and turns that it unreal! So many things are revealed in this book and I was absolutely shocked at times. As always, the narrators are fabulous. I cannot wait to see what the authors come up with next.

We finally find out what its all about...

The series finale starts where the last book ended, with Madelyn's abduction by Logan's mother. Seems she really is still alive and connected with Doom's Seed. Fortunately, she is not very skilled in kidnapping techniques and Maddie will manage to escape. Things go downhill from there as the attacks against Beckett's businesses escalate and Madelyn and Logan have to move their parents to safety (which means they have to spill at least part of the story to them). Maddie and her four guys end up staying together at Beckett's family home where they have increased security. Now they have to figure out how to bring down Doom's Seed once and for all before he burns everything down around them. Can they do it or will Beckett's father, who is still considered to be the the Storm, bring their efforts to a halt? Some old friends make an appearance. Drama, determination, and of course sexy times! I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

okay well, that was a good ending. talk about getting backstabbed by a family member. man, I can't believe his mom did that to him, that's some F up shit. but hey I'm glad they all came up at the end, and the bad people got what they deserve. but I have to admit even tho the Maddy got on my nerves, I have to admit she was a pretty good bad a$$.

It was OK!

I will start by saying I did enjoy listening to the series. I will also say this was not my favorite one that Eva & Harlow have done. In their other stories I felt the characters had more depth that drew you in to want to know more. I liked these characters sure but I wasn’t as interested in them as I have been in past books. I think my favorite part was in chapter 22 when Mercy and the guys showed up and that was way too short. The narration was also not my favorite honestly. For me a lot of the characters sounded the same and I had to rewind several times to see who was actually talking. Overall it is a good listen and I def recommend it!
