Especially knowing his brother's killer was the one person he used to trust the most. Joy has been watching Logic for months and knows that she has to have him. This man is everything. There is a certain mystery about him that pulls her in and won't let go.

I used to find myself skipping books that Morae Brehon narrated, but after really listening to her, I actually like her. She did an excellent job with this one. She made me believe the characters.
K.C Mills did her thing with this one. Carter and McKenna had me at chapter 1! I loved their quick felt romance. It made me check to see if there was another book. Thank Goodness there was! I jumped right into the next chapter of their lives and lit did not disappoint! Good deal with this. I definitely recommend this one and Loyal by Default.
I give this (Assassin’s Heart) series all 5 stars.
