Strong book on achieving flow state without bs

The running journey although I don’t run is excellently written and transports you to another place. More importantly Bretz gives life stories and cues that transport you to his failures and challenges he lost, shame regret trauma. They resonated with me furthermore he shows you how thru the metaphor of running he escaped and how I can escape to live my best not to win a race but to find out what is possible if you take the limits off yourself and just go for it without external expectations.
