Excellent!

Thriller, sci-fi, humour, it has it all! It's like watching a movie with your imagination. Excellent cast and excellent sound effects. Highly recommended

Wow!

I don't know what I expected, but this far surpassed anything I could have imagined. There were parts that were truly difficult to listen to, such as what I would call torture scenes, and I kept telling myself I was going to stop. But I am glad I didn't. Such a good story that kept me riveted. And the voice actors and dramatic effects were truly fantastic! And very creepy and disturbing. This book is worth the credit!

There was some profanity, but not at all gratuitous. And no sexual situations.

Unsettling, in the best way

Tribulation is a very compelling serial-format story exploring both cult mania and the ethereal potential of what lies just beyond our understanding. The pacing is exciting and always moving forward. Most impressive to me was the way they made the story so immersive. Every scene is multi-cast and the sound effects are so thorough it is easy to get totally absorbed into the story. It is an "experience".

Entertaining enough to pass the time.

Overall I enjoyed it but in the end not all the questions were answered and it tried way to hard to make parallels that didn't fit.

I’m embarrassed I’ve bought this book. Bad writing and really bad “acting”

I couldn’t even finish listening to these pretentious actors -readers. Bad writing, bad reading. Don’t spend your credits.

Very Confusing

I'm not sure if it was the writing or the added audio effects, but this audiobook was confusing as heck. I don't mind some effects in books, but there were times when so much was going on, I couldn't tell who was saying what. It could be my PTSD, I don't know, but I couldn't get past an hour and a half of this book.

A Worthy Addition To Anyone's Library

This is a high quality drama with superb sound design. As can be seen by the title, this drama explores religious themes and is based very much on the born again Christian doctrines'. I'll leave it at that because it's scope is much larger, simply because of the various sci-fi elements.

For those who love dramas with distinctive sound design, or those who like dramas with a difference, pick this one up. I enjoyed it and will listen again many times.

More like a radio play than an audio book!

This wasn’t what I was expecting, but I really enjoyed it. A full cast each giving a good performance made this an engaging listen even though the story would not normally be my cup of tea. Recommended.
