Worth reading

This book gives the key to what leadership is. It’s not about me being great, it’s about the ability to make a group realize they are great and realize life with all the opportunities is great

I would prefer faster narration, but the story is amazing. A must have to any manager

Just because you have a tribe or work with one doesn't mean it's healthy. Good leadership book

Great book, painful narration

Despite the great insights and lessons, it is very hard to stay engaged. The story is read the same way a parents reads a book to a kid during bed time. Whispering and very slowly.
I had the volume on max and speed at 1.2x to help it.. very disappointing

Priceless

The knowledge contained in this book is priceless. There is so much knowledge & insights about culture & how to help your tribe get on the next level.

I've been listening to success, business & self development for the past two years & this is one of the best.

The author's narration is slow but listening at 1.20 speed fixes that.

A must read for building a coherent culture.

Mixing data, studies and practical example in multiple fields with that many feedback bring a deep level of understanding of what make a group of people toward a goal.

The basic leadership book to start with

If you want to learn more about Leadership, this is the book to start with. It puts everything else into perspective and saves so much time of reading other books with "invaluable leadership advice".

That said, I found the narrator's intonation rather strange. He read every comma like a full stop. My advice is to go with the printed copy.

the reading is very slow

loved the book, but the way it was read i couldn't handle it. I had to speed it up😄

Tribal Leadership explained perfectly!

Takes a few chapters to get going, but the lead up is necessary. Very well written and read. A lot of insight on the levels of tribes and the characteristics of tribe members/leaders.
