Heavy on the empathy, light on actionable training

Very short, easy to listen to audio book. But if you came here looking for actionable training plans, this isn't the listen for you. If you're an owner of a reactive dog in need of feeling "seen" and understood, it might be a decent feel good experience.

All in all, there isn't a lot of substance here. Despite being shy of only four hours total, the book is at times repetitive. Way too much emphasis on feelings and emotions you may experience as a reactive dog owner and not enough actionable content. If you're living with a reactive dog and need training ideas and detailed exercises to try, I'd recommend book 3 of the Control Unleashed series instead. (Old school physical book.)
