Publisher's summary

Evangeline's life is dark and lonely. She'll do anything to change that. Anything. Even play a game with a stranger she's never met. What starts out as "therapy" soon turns into a passionate anonymous love affair. Her blindfold is like a security blanket and his touch is what lights a fire inside her.

I have no idea who he is, what he looks like, or why he agreed to play this game with me. But I don't care. I don't even care that I have to wear a blindfold before he'll come into my room. I don't care that he watches me sleep, and dress, and wants to know all my deepest, darkest, saddest secrets.

She's lost. Sad and lost. And even though it's my job to watch her from the other side of the surveillance cameras, that's not why I enter her room at night. That's not why I touch her when she begs. That's not why I'm really here.

I want her, but does she really want me? Or does she just like the idea of loving a stranger?

Includes a special bonus note read by the author.

I'm Speechless...SOOOO good!

I'm speechless. I am a huge JA Huss fan, and some of her books I like more than others...some I LOVE and I am obsessed with and some I listen to, but I probably won't listen to them again. I knew Jordan's Game was a spin off of Taking Turns and I liked the Taking Turns series, but I didn't really know what to expect from Jordan's Game and I really wasn't anxiously waiting for this book (series) to release on Audible. But holy hell...was I wrong!

This book is so good!!! Like all of Julie's books, it's not your typical boy meets girl, falls in love, has an argument or misunderstanding, split up and then finally get back together. Her creativity and imagination with her love stories are so right on and they keep me glued to my phone to hear what happens next. I am now anxiously waiting for the rest of the series to be released so I can hear more of Jordan's Game.

And the narrators...WOW..Christian Fox SLAYED this narration. He was so good, I haven't listened to much of him, but I'll be searching his name now!!! And Teddy Hamilton and Elena Wold are always amazing and so, so good!

This is far beyond worth a credit!! Get this book, you won't be disappointed!!!

Terrible if you like a riveting, sexy book

This book is slow, painful, and leaves you wanting. I'm 5 hours in and there hasn't been any sex yet, the characters aren't headed anywhere and the male lead doesn't even like the female lead. it's ridiculous. I've been trying to finish it for weeks. I just can't do it. The narrators are their awesome selves, but they couldn't pull this book out of it's terrible self. I wish I could get my credit back.

✫✫ 3.75 Stars ✫✫

I normally love this author but I have to admit this book fell flat for me. I was expecting so much more excitement, twists and sex and this one just didn't really have much of any of that. I figured the game out right away and that left very little to anticipate. The writing was great as always.

The narration was fantastic. I loved all 3 of them.

JA Huss never ever disappoints

Sexy, intriguing, unexpected, complicated, and narrated superbly. Sadly I am always looking for the next JA Huss book or the next JA Huss so I can have more delicious and intoxicating reads. She is so good at spoiling our a story without ever making me roll my eyes or think - good god get on with it. Just loved it. Just love her.

Great narration, terrible story

The main female character was so annoying and whiny!
I thought her storyline was pretty boring, just listening to her whine over this and that. By whine, I mean literally like a child throwing tantrums! To go from that to sex just didn't flow well at all.
There was very little chemistry between her and Ix. The romance seemed very forced.
I liked the story of Ix and Jordon, but they barely got into it. Their potential romance story was much more interesting. Now those two had a lot of chemistry!

Be BOLD

As I listen to End of Book S***. I thought of my daughter who at 39 and raising 2 kids and has gone back to Law School! Can’t wait for her to listen and be encouraged! So thank you JA. As for the book it’s totally awesome as they all are! I live month to month looking and waiting for more! Narration is spot on as always.
If you haven’t ever listen to JA Huss, then I advise you get on that and just saying I’m already on 2nd & 3rd time around in most of them, they are that good. Can’t wait for next installment!
BTW JA and Johnathan are worth getting started in also! AMAZING 😉

Gosh I wanted to like this book.

Just recently discovered JA Huss. I read the Turning Point series and liked it a lot so I was super excited. This book was booooorrrring. It also lacked a real backstory on the female character. Lastly even though they were playing "Jordan's game" he was barely in it.

Total Surprise 😲

Only Huss could take an eccentric whiny character and throw her into a intriguing situation and hold my interest enough to keep me glued to my phone lol. I'm actually surprised by this considering Evangeline's childish demeanor wasn't relatable enough for me to think I'd like her.
Elena Wolfe's narration is part of the reason I warmed up to Evangeline. Her voice is so smooth. She's a automatic download for me. I'm really glad I stuck this book out because I ended up loving it. Keep up the book sh#t Julie and I'll keep buying...

What?

Ok I don’t know how to give this book a complement.
Love the beginning and the end. Usually I don’t like a book until the middle. So I was excited when the beginning started so well. But I was disappointed, it sucked. And why was there no ⚠️ about homosexuality or the actions of it. Oh I meant be able to mention a few more good things about the book except the is so much cursing 🤬 I can’t put a full sentence together without adding all the cursing.
