This book takes off quick. Great story line. I am about to listen to book 2 in the series.

Again got to love ray porters work. The story is well paced and a joy. Heart pounding.

my new favorite!

This book was so enjoyable ! I only spotted it because I look for books read by Ray Porter and what a nice surprise! Now I have a new author to enjoy as well. I saw that there are more books in the series but not on Audible yet so I'll wait for those -I hope the rest will be coming soon or I'll have to break down and read the rest of the series :)

Very good for fans of Ledger and Dresden

I purchased this mostly because Ray Porter was the narrator, and he didn't disappoint! overall I really enjoyed the book, although I feel there were parts that were a bit clunky, but in the way alot of good series start out before they gather steam. I'm looking forward to book 2, and I pray that Ray Porter reads that as well.

Unexpected and fun

Very entertaining, I like this author ! His MCs are very short....

So , I guess he’s between 5 and 5.4 ......wouldn’t you agree? Hehe..nice.
Did I mention that the writing was decent?
And also, this was an audiobook, the narrator? one of the good ones. Excellent.

Non stop Action

This was an action book that took me by surprise. I couldn't stop listening! I truly cared about the characters. Overall, I enjoyed this book. There were a few parts that caused me to put down my headphones for a couple days before I put them back on to finish what I had started. Now that it is over, I can't wait to start the next book in the series. Which I'll start tomorrow.

Ray Porter is a great narrator. I thoroughly enjoyed each of his characters.

You have found your new series

Thank goodness I found this writer and series. If you're looking for storylines and character similar to Joe Ledger then this is it.
I have been looking for this type of books and going thru forums and reviews and feeling exhausted meer moments before giving up...
And here I found my new loves..Glynn Stewart's David White and the Onset team.
For you reading this? I recommend this book with excitement!

Fun tale for RPG fans.

Fun yarn. Reminds me tremendously of playing TriTac games Bureau 13 (aka Stalking the Night Fantastic).

This audiobook is a solid listening pleasure. I enjoyed the characters, the story, and the narration. I would recommend this title without hesitation, to anyone who enjoys this genre.

you guys are moving dangerously close to being the little brother Monster Hunter International which is the best it might be I like what I'm listening to so far but I'm hoping it goes more into the magic what's the book you start off with was magic Murder By magic I mean but I'm continuing I'm enjoying what I'm hearing
