Immediately useful guidance to improve yourself

This book shows you the small steps you can take on a daily basis to change your life in major ways. Listen to this book if you want to change your life by doing tiny changes which sound way to easy to make a difference. They actually do!

Tiny changes can make a big change in the end

This book provided me with a list of different tiny changes I can make. But it is not just a list, they are practical tips to use in everyday life, as well as tips on how to maintain making small changes. It is not easy to make a big change in your life, but this book paints a clear picture that it is not necessary to make a big change. The book explains why tiny changes are a lot easier to keep up with. The chapter on procrastination is also filled with practical pointers, so I have no excuses left now to not make changes. After listening to this audiobook I am really fired up to start taking my first steps toward a more purposeful life!

Useful advices

I really like all Tony’s books, very simple, practical advices and tricks. “Tiny thoughts “ are the best.. and writing a journal really helps in this journey to self discovery and self discipline. Highly recommend!

The older I get, the more I realize it's never the big changes that truly make a lasting difference.

It's always the tiny things that I do consistently that make the biggest difference.

Tiny changes have the biggest dividends.

Make big changes with tiny reminders!

I'm so happy I got this book. It's such an important reminder to make "tiny changes everyday".(Keyword on EVERYDAY!) I was just watching a video on the power of committing to a daily practice and now i've just finished this book that reiterates the same philosophy. Sigh! it's crazy how the universe just keeps providing me with more resources to keep this mentality going! I love how kind and supportive the tone of the book is. It really helps to switch your perspective on a big intimidating goal you have as long as you don't underestimate the POWER of tiny constant changes to improve yourself.
This book is for you if you feel stuck in a rut and need a supportive push to start moving again. Many books out there preach in a "tough love" kind of tone which doesn't work the best for me because i am already in a low mood. However, if you function better with "tough love", it might not suit your taste. Doesn't matter to me though, because as long as I resonate with the message(which i absolutely do for this book), then I'm absorbing it! The key takeaway i got from this book is PATIENCE. I've learned that very rarely do sustainable things come quickly, there are NO shortcuts to something that really fills up your heart. Thank you Tony Strong for this simple but important lesson. It might sound like a broken record but having patience is soooo important in our instant gratification world. LOVE the step-by-step process - it's tiny and manageable but so empowering and sustainable. (I received a free copy of this book to leave an honest voluntarily review)

This Book was Written for Me!!!

I am determined to better myself. Being more effective and focused. But a lot of times I bite off more than I can chew. This book is a great help to change that. Tiny steps, will bring amazing changes! Thank you for writing this book. I can highly recommend it.
