THE ZOMBIE WHISPERER

GET OUT OF HELL CARD
Here I go again, going against the crowd. I loved TIM 1 and Tim 2, just read my reviews. I was excited about this book. My mistake, might have been, listening to it all in one day. For the first 5 hours I was loving it. In my mind he should have wound it up earlier instead of repeating everything over and over. I lost count of how many times I was told that when you eat a human and than excrete him out, it smells worse than any other excrement. The first time someone's penis was ripped off or eaten that was funny, the third time, NOT SO MUCH. I love books that come from the perspective of the bad guy and I appreciate Tufo creating this series. TIMOTHY was great simply for the novelty of it. In TIM 2, Tufo came up with the virus and a fat squeamish character. In Tim 3, he goes into a woman's body and the virus gets smarter. These were great additions. If only he would have left it at that and left out all the long lectures and flash backs and the constant repeating of the same jokes.
Sean was great.

It is a true Mark Tufo book – a sick, demented...

For every hero, there is an arch nemesis and vice versa. Evil Timothy has returned as has his nemesis Yorley. Having believed Timothy dead, Yorley goes off to survive in a world full of zombies. Well, for a while anyway - until Timothy can find her!

Timothy, however, is NOT dead – not by a long shot. He continues his reign of terror while living as a host-parasite with Manny and Scarlet in Scarlet’s body. From here, the fun begins as does the truly evil antics of Timothy. We are privy to why and how he became Timothy and we see the inner workings of his fears, mind and decision process. There is no doubt that Timothy is not one to be messed with for any reason. His mind knows no boundaries, there is nothing this guy won’t do to inflict even the littlest amount of pain.

Scarlet is a stunning woman forced to share a domicile (her body) with vile Tim-Tim as she likes to call him; as well as with Manny who is the virus and keeps their body healthy but dominates Scarlet. Manny only turns control over to his slave, Timothy in order to find food.

This is a very intense book. It is a true Mark Tufo book – a sick, demented, twisted bad-ass guy who has internal arguments laced with sarcasm and the most gut retching bathroom humor which only makes you grow fond of the bad guy!

Rich dialog and vivid descriptions and situations that suck the listener in and holds them hostage until the last second of the audio. The ending will stop you in your tracks! You won’t be able to breathe.

I have always enjoyed Mark Tufo’s books, each and every one of them. I enjoyed the creative twists in this book but … well, I am still struggling with the ending. Timothy is one of those characters that you can’t help but hate yet love too – you want to see him catch a break but then he does something so horribly vile you hope he dies. You keep expecting Timothy to somehow transform into a good guy – it won’t happen but .... one can hope.

Sean Runnette, narrator, does an excellent job! He becomes the characters in the book – he becomes the book itself – he blends into the story so adeptly that one cannot imagine a Tufo book without him. His voice oozes sarcasm, indignation, delight, confusion, fear – all emotions appropriately and with just the right amount. I could listen to Runnette narrate for hours on end. Talented and perceptive – he gets the characters and portrays them verbally providing the listeners with one enthralling listen!

No issues with the audio production of this book.

WELL THIS IS THE BEST TIM YET! DISGUSTING PIG! LOL

What did you love best about Tim 3: Sliced, Diced and Cubed?

Well love is not a word we use with Tim...but it was so entertaining..colorfully written, narrated to perfection and super funny!!!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Scarlet!! She was tough...and I like how she taunted Tim...her poor body and mind was brutalized by this insane clown d-bag...It was great, I have to laugh about it...this is one of those books you just can NOT take to seriously!

Which scene was your favorite?

There were many..but how Tim kept molesting his poor host Scarlet....it was just crazy...oh and The bikers, and Tim getting his man parts back, just to lose them again...LOL WOW!!

If you could take any character from Tim 3: Sliced, Diced and Cubed out to dinner, who would it be and why?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I PASS!!!! NO WAY...NEVER!!!! I WOULD END UP BEING THE DINNER!!!!

Any additional comments?

Out of all 3 Tim books this one is by far the best one....I knew what to expect going in, and it delivered 100%!!! Tim is in a woman's body now, which is hysterical to even fathom...his colorful and quite foul language and actions, and new host virus Manny,,,which is way more wicked than Hugh was, made this quite the listening adventure....You can not take this series seriously...its freaky, kinda frightening, and really gross...and I loved this installment...I think it is open for a 4th one...but this could be the end of Tim Tim too....I guess we will have to wait and see...but if you like this series, and have a strong stomach...and find foul language and extremely degrading and outright disgusting behavior from a clown funny, or can open your mind to it...I say go for it...this was a good one...plus it is narrated and written so well...The story flows at the perfect pace and even though I am shaking my head over here and thinking W T F MARK....I really did like it a lot!!!!!

I really enjoyed this story

Tim is a unique character. He is right up there with iconic villains like Freddy, Jason and Michael. This is not for the squeamish. If you love horror this series is for. The narrator did a fine job. Mark did a great job with his take on the zombie genre.

Very hard to listen to.

I love all of Mark Tufo's story lines. Except this one. Being a diehard fan I bought each new Tim book trying my hardest to enjoy them, but it got header with each book. The writing and characters are top notch as always but this book was vile from the start to the finish. I know the main character is supposed to be evil but some of the things that come out of Tims mouth and run through his mind are very hard to listen to. So, if you have an extremely tough hide, or like me, are a sucker for punishment, Go ahead and buy this book.

Absolutely loved it.

There is no doubt this was the best Tim yet. I can't really say there was anything at all I disliked. Gratuitous violence and my continuous feeling of nauseousness at some of the situations made for an awesome listening experience. The Tufo humor you get with all of marks books was excellent, I had a few people at work ask me if I was okay because I was laughing so hard with my ear buds in. For all the Tufo maniacs if you listen thoroughly you will find little things Mark put into the books for his chronic listens.
As for the narration you can never go wrong with Sean Runnette. Sean somehow always brings the writing to life. Overall I would say this was one of the best books I've listened to this year.

Brilliant. Disturbing. Hilarious.

Brilliant. Disturbing. Hilarious. This third installment of the Tim story is as gruesome and entertaining as the others have been. Guide at his most gory. Runnette's narration as brilliant as ever.

Tim meets his match

It's taken a lot for me to get through to the Tim books
Partly because I'm not a lover of headphones and it's not a book best played in public
Just when you think mark can't make you cringe any more Tim 3 pulls a sucker punch and gets you drawing air through your teeth but the new mix up of master, slave and b1/£h had me glued to this one.
think this is the best out of the 3
