Phenomenal story!

Celeste Baxendell’s storytelling skills have no match. This book and the world she built was so immersive and well done. I was hooked from the very beginning. The concept of Idonnea having lived several lives was fascinating. And Nyrunn was so precious and the way he held back for her sake, not scaring her with the immensity of his love. I did not expect Idonnea’s role in the major focal point of the plot. It was all so good! I’m so glad she got her happily ever after finally. My favorite read of the year!
