Publisher's summary

Erin Hunter’s #1 bestselling Warriors series continues! Discover more epic adventure in this fourth book in the Starless Clan arc.

Frostpaw was told to trust no cat, but a brutal attack has left her gravely injured, and she’ll need to depend on someone. When help arrives in the form of a young warrior, she convinces him to protect her as she follows StarClan’s cryptic directions toward the roots of RiverClan, where Riverstar has promised she’ll find the answers she’s been so desperately seeking.

Back at the lake, the tension between ShadowClan and its neighbors might be easing, but the peace is fragile. Until StarClan’s chosen leader is found, the slightest push could lead the Clans back into outright war.

Packed with action and intrigue, this seventh Warriors series is a perfect introduction for new audiences, while long-time fans will be thrilled to discover what unfolds after the events of The Broken Code.

Great Book

I found this book better than all of the others in this ark. Some of it was pretty predictable but for the most part it was very enjoyable and predictable

Simply fascinating.

It was seriously a great plot twist. In the last book, I thought Frostpaw was dead. But now, it seems that she is only heavily wounded, not...you know...
This book has improved the whole series entirely. Frostpaw's a really great character, and she is really brave for following Starclan's orders. What if she had been possed? And she took the news really well about her mother being evil and all that. Her sidekick, Nightheart, was also very kind towards Frostpaw. His understanding must have helped her a lot. Sunbeam, Nightheart's about-to-be mate, has a similar personality. In my opinion, she mentored the kits really well, and I really enjoyed watching her tasks. There's something fishy about that Cherryfall, though, like, why give her an order when it's supposed to be a riddle?
Sunbeam was really brave and wise, standing up to her. What will happen to Berryheart? What do they do with Splashtail? I hope Wind will come out soon.
Yours truly,
Eaglefeather, a bookwanderer.

P.S. Had you noticed that the book titles are the names of the 5 clans ?

Best book in this arc so far

The earlier books at first were quite a bit less interesting but after listening to this one i appreciate them for setting up the story so that this book could shine. the story in this series far outshines some of the previous books (arc 5)

Predictable yet still Unexpected

There were plot twists I had seen coming since book 2, yet the Hunters still managed to surprise me. This new series of Warriors books have been really interesting thus far, and kept me on my toes lol. The pacing kinda bothered me a bit. There were times where the pacing felt too slow or too fast. As well as the change of perspective from a point of view where I’m really interested in, and the. It switches to a less interesting one. I’m aware that’s how most of the books are written, but it still bothered me nonetheless. That aside, the book overall was really good. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. Can’t wait for the next book.

The ‘Erin’s’ Save Their New Saga With This Book

I had all but lost interest in this arc. There are moments in this book, however, that had never happened in the warriors world before. This is showing great promise in the sense that this series can continue to please, surprise, and perhaps even return to the young adult section spotlight, where it once was and truly does belong.

as always

another good entry. tbh, only halfway through it but splitting up nightheart and Sunbeam and making nighthearts story entertwine with frostpaws was a really good choice. it made me care more about what's happening with frostpaws story line.

In loved the plot!

Nothing, really. It’s just that it is really exciting and I didn’t want to stop. The only problem is that this book is so addictive, my device keep running out of battery :) . Can’t wait for Wind to come out.

I bet the 6th book will be named “star”
