Chapter 1 is the beginning of hypnosis/meditation (counting down from 10 to 1).
Chapter 2 is a completely different meditation (with a beginning and end, no link with chapter 1) using bad visualization technics as he uses negative words and feeling (you feel fat, etc...), and he speaks so quickly it's impossible to relax.
Chapter 3 is the audiobook "creative visualisation" from Stephen Hyang you can find on audible.
I stopped there. Waste of money and time.
