Good for the basics (perhaps not the best)

The audible book has some key elements from the Theology of the body; however, while John Paul II gave a very rich viewpoint on important themes regarding sexual ethics (contraception, same sex relation, masturbation, etc) these are not quite in this ebook. I'd recommend Christopher West's "Theology of the Body for Beginners" for a better explained and more comprehensive treatment (in even simpler words)

Great message

This was a very approachable paraphrase of a deeply philosophical topic. It was read well, though not always very engagingly. The audio quality was not as loud and clear as most other audio books, which made it a little harder to focus on.

Great Information, but be Prepared to Listen Again

There is some great content and concepts in here, but some of the language went over my head. A 2nd listen is definitely needed. If you want to know what God really envisioned for love, sex, and marriage, look no further.

Sets a Foundation

Very good overview. Doesn't go that in depth but that was expected. Each chapter varies in length but are no more than 4 minutes long.

Everybody should read this! Everybody! It would help them understand that there's so much depth to life and that God made man and woman to be people made in His image.
