Not sure about some of these solutions

While some of the ideas are legit and well known, I suspect quite a few of these solutions could really leave someone screaming in pain and worsten the condition. A salt and WHITE vinegar (most people with this issue swear by apple cider vinegar, never white) bath will kill all "bacteria." It's important to note that you DONT want to kill all your bacteria. Many bacteria keep yeast in check and killing them all could make your condition worse. Plus, it will hurt. Many types of "douching" will make it worse.

I don't believe taking probiotics while on a yeast infection can make it worse - as long as it's the right kind.
Plain yogurt is a good idea. Less sugar - yes.

Early in this, she mentions the "candida diet" will not solve recurrent yeast infections but later she says it will.

Just be careful what you use and do your research.
