Powerful, challenging, honest, compelling. This book takes a careful and through look at the character and ministry of Jesus Christ, and applies it to our understanding of the gospel and our relationship to God, exposing the distortions in our understanding that have risen over time, and outlining the implications for our behavior and values. Beautiful Theology of The Cross
I found myself closer to and more passionate about Jesus as I read through this book. I believe that BZ has such a beautiful view of the power of the Cross of Jesus Christ and how Jesus transforms us into the Image of God while redeeming the whole world. I loved this book!
