Great and Very Funny!

This is a great short story and is part of the Witch Island Brides series written by Deanna Chase and narrated by Traci Odom. This is a great book and is very funny! It’s been one year since the shifter Aron D’Angelo walked out of Frankie Franklyn’s life. But now he’s back on her island, ready to marry another. She knows, she’s seen the vision. Only not everything is as it seems, and by the end of the night, if everything goes as planned, it just might be Frankie at the altar. The author and the narrator did a great job on this. I really enjoyed listening to it and I am looking forward to the next book in this great series.

Hilarious, Sexy, Funny!

This is laugh out loud funny and I love this series. Traci Odum did an awesome job giving this book a voice and as always Deanna Chase gave us really witty dialogue and great characters. Frankie and Aron are surrounded by weddings and she is a witch and he is a wolf shifter and wow what a story. This is a fun and sexy story and so much fun to listen to. I highly suggest you get this one and have a listen

Short and Sweet!

I am new to the Witch Island Brides series, so I chose to start at the very beginning (so to say) of the series. Not knowing the characters ahead of time did not deter from my enjoyment at all, and in fact probably helped since I didn't have any pre-conceived notions of how the characters should sound in my mind. I love humorous love stories, and found myself laughing at the antics. I will definitely continue listening to the series. I enjoyed the narrator, and look forward to the remaining books!

Witch Island

Cute short story, in which I already the book. I am still getting use to the audio aspect, but I enjoyed the audio nonetheless. I think that has more to do with the storyline and writer than the narrator. What happens when the love of your life returns to town, not to rekindle old flames but to marry another woman! I voluntarily reviewed a copy of The Wolf's New Year Bride.

A short story with a little bit of romance and mystery very straight to the point loved it

Laugh out loud fun story!

This is a fun, light story to listen to. I listened to it while out on my daily walk and it made the time fly by. I did get some funny looks as I laughed out loud at some of the scenes but...oh well! Definitely will give you a pick me up if you are in a bad mood. The characters are fun and interesting. The narration kept the story alive and fun. I thought she had captured the characters voices very nicely. Definitely a must add to anyone's library.

Witch Island Second Chance Short Story

Quick fun short story about second chance at love. Characters are fun and the narrator was good in inflections and characterization. Great to listen to if you have only and hour or so. Get it please.

Audio versus Book

The story is excellent. Frankie and Aron clear up many misunderstandings and the happy ending perfect. I read the book before hearing it read to me I could picture what was happening both ways but hearing added a twist because the person reading it could add in tone ,humor and so much more with their voice. I enjoyed laughing at the scene in the bookstore and the bakery. I have only one thing which bothered me. The reader through most of the book made Aron sound sinister. I really didn’t hear apologetics tones during Aron’s speeches. There were times near the end of the book where Aron sounded less sinister which made the book reading much better and more enjoyable. When she read for the other male,Chadwick, she was fine and the rest of the characters as well were fine.
