On the eve of D-Day, a British secret agent with unique powers goes behind Nazi lines.
Michael Gallatin is a British spy with a peculiar talent: the ability to transform himself into a wolf. Although his work in North Africa helped the Allies win the continent in the early days of World War II, he quit the service when a German spy shot his lover in her bed. Now, three years later, the army asks him to end his retirement and parachute into occupied Paris. A mysterious German plan called the Iron Fist threatens the D-Day invasion, and the Nazi in charge is the spy who betrayed Michael’s lover. The werewolf goes to France for king and country, hoping for a chance at bloody vengeance.

Thoroughly Enjoyable!

My only critique was that the overly descriptive sex scenes came off a bit like a romance novel. I’m no prude, but they felt a bit dated and out of place.
A fantastic listen and on par with Swan Song.
A very interesting ride.

If you could sum up The Wolf's Hour in three words, what would they be?
Unique.Thrilling.Interesting.What was one of the most memorable moments of The Wolf's Hour?
The most memorable for moment for me is the scene surrounding his initial bite into the Russian Clan. What does Simon Prebble bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Simon Prebble is certainly one of the best. He brings to the story (and all he reads) a sense of narrative that takes us into this story. His style owns the characters.Any additional comments?
A unique take on the lycanthrope that does not feed into the current monster madness dominating this genre.True Lycanthrope
