So many areas covered in this amazing book. It not only considers what foods we eat but also how are biology reacts to the time of day we consume the food. I have read so many books on diet and nutrition.... this is such a balanced and well thought out book covering these topics. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in changing their life and health through food.
