An awesome book with great details and accurate information. For anyone who interested in being better shooter and overall person in life.

Matt Little's fighting and training experience is very recent and relevant. Excellent information from first to last page.

The Book of Five Rings for this generation

Matt has written a modern version of The Book of Five Rings. While tactics and techniques are touched upon. They are fluid and situational dependant. Matt gives you principle based ways to train and to develop how you train. Be it exercise, showing, hand to hand, blade, etc. And he covers what many leave out, philosophy and mindset to train and a code to live by. Read it, listen to the audio, digest both and then read the book again.

Great Book On Training

Current book with current methodology from someone with experience. I teach at a large LE Angency with an academy and this is a must read/listen for students and trainers alike.

Mostly Filler

For each topic the author basically gives you a short overview and then tells you to get training from a professional. As such, most of the content is in the short overview and doesn't seem to be that much more in-depth than common knowledge.

Mindset

Matt’s mindset is incredible, it makes me grateful to know that there are/were men of war like him.

State of our country

It was good prefer more detail over all and less criticism of others take on strategy .

Good but lot of details over Quality

I am airsofter who is obsessed with special forces pretty good but it is pretty hard to Hard to listen to while going to sleep 😂 but a very help ful book and good thanks
