A must have for men and young boys everywhere. The author has done his research and the results are in.

Narrator is okay to listen to but the delivery is very choppy due to sloppy editing. Many passages have phrases duplicated across different recording takes that are poorly spliced together. Disappointing and not worth buying instead of or in addition to print formats.

Very easy book to finish and clearly outlined the issues and game plan. Thanks again coach, it brings me great joy to support you and be rewarded with this knowledge in return. I listen to both books at work in two days and enjoyed them thoroughly. I will be leaving the same review on DeEvolution. I will add that the narrator on DeEvolution did such a great job I would not mind hearing him again in future works if you are too busy to narrate it yourself. Thanks again for all you do, this book helped a lot during a hard time.
