Fantastic Adventure Journal!
I love travel journals, and I love them even more when they are narrated by authors that turn their experiences and stories into engaging and entertaining performance. Anna knocks it out of the park in this book!
I had no idea who Anna McNuff was prior to buying this audio book, and now I am fascinated by her epic adventures that go well beyond just this trip through the 50 U.S. states.
Some of my favorite tidbits of the book are the vocal impressions of the American locals she encountered along the way. Simply excellent and very funny.

This is the second book of Anna’s that I have listed to. I have enjoyed both, she has a such a wonderful outlook and spirit. Makes me want to head out on my own adventures. So fun.

Best book in a long time!
The story is great and so is Anna's narration. Check out her website so you can picture her on these adventures. What I loved most was how open she was to new experiences and people quite different from herself. No judgement of others , looked for (and thus found) kindness in the intentions of others (with a few exceptions, of course). So joyful yet gripping to listen to as I trudged on my 4-mile walks. Hard to complain about those when Anna was cycling throughout the USA with her life on her back. I was so sorry when it ended. I now want to explore my own county more than ever!

Anna has the best adventures!
