Should be required reading...

Damn. Where was this book when I was 14?! This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I’m a doctor for God’s sake and I mess with LOSERS! For exactly the reasons he points out in this book. Freak that. I want to be the Spartan woman at the center of MY story. No more crying over these Fboys. They’re supporting players in my damn story and I can and should change them out when it’s right for me. I mean this is so glaringly obvious I feel like smacking myself. I will continue to listen to this book and work through implementing this. My self confidence desperately needed this, I have hope for the first time in a long time that I CAN make better choices and have a better life. I’ve given all my power away like a basic B. No more. I deserve better. Time to write a new story with a strong main character.

Verbal abuse

Manipulative, verbally abusive, and crazy making author--just like the guys we are trying to avoid! Completely derogatory towards women. Contradictory points (go after a man like the confident woman you are! --in another chapter-- there's nothing worse than a woman chasing a man!), etc.
Whatever this author has been through to make him this way, I hope he gets help. In the meantime, do not listen to this advice. Seriously. It will not make you a better person. I've never written a review on a book before but I felt so strongly about the derogatory and verbally abusive tone of this book this that I had to warn other people. The women who wrote 5 star reviews must be used to being verbally insulted all of the time, or they could never have stood for this.
Getting my money back.

Lots of good advice but don't listen to this man..

Lots of good advice, but don't listen to this man about $ex. The thing to keep in mind is G.L. Lambert is a man, so while he may have some good information and he may mean well he is always at least subconsciously going to be looking out for what is best for MEN. And what benefits MEN. Not what benefits you.

I would steer FAR clear of Lambert's advice when it comes to actual sex or "it doesn't matter how soon you sleep with a man." YES it does matter how soon you sleep with a man. You need him emotionally bonded to you and you need to weed out the players. That's going to take 3 months at a minimum. If you can't wait that long then you don't want to be the girl you marry. You want to be the girl you F. I know everybody has some story of some girl who slept with a guy on the first or third date and now they are happily married with kids, but that is NOT the standard situation. And if you want to stop having your heart broken, stop doing this dumb crap.

Also, you need a roster. You need to rotationally date... i.e. date (not sleep with) multiple men at once so you don't get overly attached to some loser who will just string you along and use you as long as he can get away with.

As for sex... seriously do not listen to Lambert's advice. You do not need to be sexually adventurous to get or keep a GOOD man. You want a man who treats you like a queen and worships you. You do NOT want a man who treats you like a whore. Many of the gross and degrading acts Lambert mentions is "whore stuff". Let him pay a prostitute if he wants that. Any man who LOVES you and CHERISHES you is not going to ask you to lick his a$$, That is NASTY. What is wrong with women and their self respect these days?

Ladies, you are not "enlightened and empowered" when you do all these disgusting and degrading things. And that is not how you "get the ring."

Remember this... NO queen ever licked any man's A$$ in the history of the world. You ask yourself why that is and act accordingly.

Amazing book

“Remember who you are.” Sounds cliche but he really brakes it down. I’m in tears thinking about how my life has already transformed from the writings of Lambert, SheraSeven1, and Chloe.

Listen to this book at least 3 times a year to refresh. It’s a must.

Great Book & Great Reader

This is the second book I’ve read from the author and I love it. He speaks to you and awakens the person that you’ve been afraid to bring out to the world. He’s very relatable and real. I’ll be listening to more of his books in the future. Also, the man who reads this book is AMAZING. The energy in his voice helps bring the book to life. I hope to hear him again on more books.

amazing book

text Dave I love g l Lambert style of writing and how he is so direct about men. I read this book twice because I felt like he was talking about men and also about lifestyle and mental health and just putting ourselves first before anyone else and to not forget that even if we are in a relationship with these men out here. I highly recommend this book and I love the audio because the audible was the same guy that did the voice of ho tactics so at. I am super happy I wish you can do the voice again for men who don't love like you do which is another good book by the way.

A fresh glass of water ...poured over my head

Was harsh, but true.

It was like being shown a slideshow of all of my actions that have put me in the position that I am now in today. Basically saying that "it is what it is but what you gon do with it??" There is a power that I know I have that I've only seen fit to use on a few occasions but I took it to the head. It takes a while for people to latch on to an idea that doesn't correlate with their regular system of doing things, that's okay. This book will only hit people where it hurts, but with great merit. Authority needs authority sometimes when it isn't your lover. You can understand it clearly. On the outside looking in. In conclusion: Man will treat you how you allow them to treat you or they won't treat you at all.
