Even Better Than Before

I could not stop listening. Parts of this book hurts and is raw but it’s much needed. I thought being a Spartan was about being mean and asking questions but it’s about healing and accepting who you were and the why. There are 3 chapters that really broke me all the way down and you will know which ones i’m talking about when you get there. So therapeutic. Highly recommend.

Yes! Finally updated

This book is a classic so if you know you know. But props on the updated sections because so much of these new dating tools did not exist ten years ago. I also loved how it incorporates the origin of Ho Tactics that was a surprise. Listening to Chapter 10 on repeat while I sleep!

Phenomenal author, not great narrator

The sample audio almost made me pass n this one but the author has earned my respect and too much to let poor message delivery prevent me from getting the messages. I recommend listening at 1.5 pace. The book information is solid with techniques I have tested and found true. Books like this should be a part of the formal education system for women because it is so empowering and the best source to learn where you are falling short with ways to rise like a Phoenix. I highly recommend this and every other book written by this author.
