Yup yup

I love how Victor Bevine reads the story. How his tempo of reading gets faster with intense action and quieter when there are more intimate conversations. I've only listened to one other guy that was that capable of a reader to be able to do that. It makes the story come alive more in your imagination. It's fantastic. Plus obviously the story is amazing just like everyone other book with the same characters in it.

Let the mini lives begins

For decades we’ve all been reading about Drizzt Do'Urden and from the beginning we knew he was different from other elves especially because he left his people before he was 100 years old. In the terms of Elves this makes him a child and not wise in the way of the longer lived races of the Forgotten Realms. Now is the time for those lessons and where else to learn them? When your life has sunken so low it can’t go any further down.

In this book the author finishes the training Drizzt didn’t receive having left his people too early as well as ends this war! Or does he? I really enjoyed the lessons Drizzt learns throughout this series as they can be translated into our own lives. Lets see where it can go from here.

Good read/listen

The narrator was very enjoyable... And I think Salvatore is getting better as he goes. The characters have more depth.

A solid continuation of the series.

You wouldn't be reading this book unless you have read the others in the series. Salvatore continues to enchant the reader with excellent characters and writing. I recommend this book.
