Frédéric Bastiat (1801-1850) was a French political economist and classical liberal who wrote The Law, upon which this book is based. Through engaging dialogue, young listeners will be led to understand the principles of liberty and the proper role of government.

A good intro to law

I got a promo code for a free audio book (the catch was I wrote an honest and fair review) and I personally have gotten the hard copies for myself.
I love that the audio and the book are the same so my kids can read along with the story teller. She did a really nice job giving each character a voice and keeping even my little 6 yr old boy interested. I like that it is a good introduction to what a law is and is not with out going into to much lawyer speech. I'm looking forward to the other books and how they are.

Great for kids

This was a great story to teach kids about the governmental laws and natural law. My kids loved it!

This is a great adaptation of an all time classic. I can't wait for more from the series.
