Publisher's Summary

History has been erased.

When Liv and Rory uncover the truth about a war between magicians and mortals, they know they are onto something big.

No one can know what they’ve discovered.

As Liv has long suspected, knowing the truth has gotten many killed. However, that doesn’t deter her from digging deeper. She must be extra careful.

The hidden history isn’t easy to discover.

And hunting demons and returning favors for the fae doesn’t leave much time for investigation. But Liv is more motivated than ever to discover where the clues lead that her siblings left behind. What she finds is not what anyone would have expected. It’s big. Much bigger than she thought. And more importantly, it’s dangerous.

Is it worth it to risk everything in the name of justice?

good story but...

a good chunk of the time I want to slap liv. upside the damn head for being a friggin IDIOT. someone so damned stubborn that she ends up screwing herself over on more than one occasion but somehow manages getting out of it. good writing, annoying main character.

Another fantastic listen

I love these books and the narration is absolutely spot on.

Liv faces more challenges - demon hunting, finding a reclusive elf to help save Stefan from his demon bite before he gets taken over and becomes a demon himself; travelling to the Giants home on the Isle of Man; facing off against a mermaid to retrieve something for Rudolf; and finding out a very big secret that will rock the House of Seven.

Very well written and Dara Rosenberg once again brings the characters more to life than in the written books.

Eagerly awaing the next book
