Grew on me

Slow start for me. I wasn't too thrilled for a gangster storyline. Those just get old.
The smutness definitely gets better. I am rooting for the triangle though.
I like both authors and they write well together,
I will continue on with the story.

Huss/McClain Combo do it again!

I love a good series and this is "shaping" up to be a great one! The story is imaginative and unpredictable. The characters are flawed but fascinating. The narration is perfection! I can't wait for the next book to come out.

Not bad but not what I was thinking

The narrators are good. The story overall is not bad just not exactly what I was thinking it would be.

Spoiler alert

Right now I am on chapter 33. It starts off slightly confusing and pretty much a lot of action, a quick prologue with the background about the three gun fighting in a warehouse the female lead falling off a building. You think it’s going to be action packed and romance building but it’s not so far. After about chapter 5, it’s all their relationship and the hangups of sharing her, not remembering and them finally getting together with doubts from one of the male parties.

I’m going to continue listening hoping that we finally get some action going but I think it’s all about their relationship building it and finally getting together. Alec wants it. Christine wants it and Danny is fighting tooth and nail to not have what he wants.

wow talking about coming out from left field. this one really threw me for a loop I never expected it it really had me going. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait I'm going to start reading the square now
