they did it again

am so excited for the next one out in audio! You two are so awesome together! Keep it up!

Not disappointed!

Poor Luke Jackson. Sexy as hell voice for every other male character but his own. Didn’t quite get that accent down. It was a hard listen at first, but I pushed through. Other then the discrepancy in accent, it was a great performance and I’d like to hear more Luke in the future. Hopefully by book 2, he’ll have it down a little bit better. Poor Tad, although one of my absolute faves, his accent for Alec was Scottish. But instead of being a cunt about it, I laughed lovingly and just pretended Alec was from Scotland. I’d LOVE to hear Tad narrating in that Scottish again! Eva is, as always, the saving grace for any of the novels she’s apart of. She’s in my top 3 for favorite female narrators. Stina being my first. But my fave here is Tad, I just love him. He’s going to have to arm wrestle Teddy for top spot, but he comes in pretty darn close. Great story! Wasn’t expecting that and as always, the beginning 2 chapters of memory loss, kept me going. Intrigued me. I’m always a little cringed and creeped out when Huss’ characters are border-line pedophiles (Creeping Beautiful comes to mind too). But, it’s her world not mine and so I just roll with it. It’s just semantics within these stories, I realize there is no actual pedophilia going on. I just don’t like the from big brother or father to lover scenarios, but in the world of the elite, it is common. But even making a beautiful story around it and applying context, it’s still a little much for me. Good thing I love Huss’ novel. Her story telling is amazing and relatable. So relatable. Even with ALL THE CRINGING, in several parts of several of her novels, I still love the stories. I love that she appeals to my kinky side and my romantic, dare
I say, “conservative” side with the alpha males. To each their own. Any of Huss’ novels are worth the credit! If you like to be mind-fucked, then enter the world of Danny, Christine and Alec!

Cliffhanger

I thought I was safe since it was released in 2019. Completely bummed that the final book hasn’t been released. The storyline was excellent and narration was great.

I Always Need More of JA Huss

I just love all of her books. Every time I listen to a book by Julie, I just get sucked right into that little world.
I also love Jonathan McClain, both of them together is just perfect for me.

Love this series!

Just waiting for book three- the cliff hanger in book two truly leaves you wanting more!!
