time traveling at its best

This is book has it all!!! Time traveling, pirates and mystery. What more could you ask for? The book starts out strong and just keeps getting better and better the longer it goes on. I could not put it down. I need more. The characters are engaging, the storyline orginal and the mystery of it all just draws you in and won't let you go
the narrators do an amazing job with the characters

Well I didn't see that coming!

More time travel, vampires, pirates, shifters and magic! I loved the prequel and this story picked up where the prequel left off. I absolutely loved the story and while I had many suspicions for numerous things that were going on I was still surprised when many of the mysteries were revealed! I can't wait to listen to the next book to see how things pan out!

Great story

I really liked this book 1 of the series. I love magic and time traveling stories! Ember is a great character who is just trying to figure out how to save her mother and what really happened to her father. U am excited to find out what happens in 1862 in the next book!

Fascinating fantasy series start!

This is a really interesting listen, with a fascinating premise. I'm looking forward to more.

Ember's struggling to make ends meet after her father died in a car accident that has also left her mother in a coma. What Ember doesn't know is that she has supernatural powers, but her memories have been blocked. She doesn't remember Rane, the man that mysteriously shows up to help her when she's in peril.

Ember is unsure of her self, but with Rane's help, she learns so much about herself, her powers and her strength. Rane is witty, charming, determined and sure of himself, and he clearly has deep feelings for Ember, and wishes she could remember her feelings for him. They have a lot of tension, witty banter, heat and chemistry that comes through in the narrative.

Aaron Shedlock and Sarah Puckett do a great job narrating. This charming, wry, witty character is one that Aaron Shedlock always excels at, which is why he's one of my favorite narrators. Though I'm less familiar with Sarah Puckett, her narration is enjoyable and I'll look for her works going forward as well.

Book 1 in the Magic Bound Saga

Time Travelers...Vampires...Pirates/Privateers - YES, PLEASE!!!!

Action-packed adventure through time and history which leads to bonds & connections between unlikely characters. But, that bond is a slow-burn romance that'll keep you wanting more. Be prepared to experience love and sacrifice scenes written so beautifully. Strong character development and growth and intricate world building.

Can't wait to start book 2.
