Supportive and Thought Provoking

This book is so supportive and thought provoking. Beyond the essential wisdom teachings, Alyssa gets into teaching us “how”—how to live free from fear and live in flow with our true nature, and what might be getting in the way in our modern world. It’s like the best 6-hour educational “podcast,” all encoded with coherent energy. I immediately felt soothed and open and couldn’t wait to listen again and again.

A Practical Approach to Inner-peace

Great guide for understanding how our environment and what we consume (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) impacts our energy and how we feel. Alyssa explains frequency and energy in such an easy way, with loads of practical tips on how you can become more aware of your energetic body and take charge of the way you feel and becoming more centered. It’s great to know I’m not alone in the chaos of the world and that I can learn to manage my state with ease.

I love this book! This is an audible I will listen to this one over again and again, For anyone seeking spiritual growth and/or personal growth this is an easy listen as the author has a gentle and soothing voice. As the author, Alyssa Malehorn, shares her own personal experiences which enables the listener to connect easily. Her insightful suggestions and loving guidance takes you on a journey back to your divine self. Each section brought a new understanding and perspective to my own spiritual awakening that was inspiring and full of hope. Anyone can listen to this audible. While extremely informative, it flows at a good pace, leaving the listener feeling divine connection just as the author. I'm recommending this one over and over again. Thank you Alyssa!

What an insightful book! It changed the way I think of all aspects of diet - not only the way I think of the food I consume, but also my "diet" of media, relationships and everyday environment. It's filled with supportive practices that are easy to incorporate in my daily life. It helped heighten my awareness of what feels in harmony and what can be let go.
