Easy to follow and awesome job explaining the ideas. Great to identify the formal titles for common behavior.

This piece really opplened my eyes to the multifaceted views of the effects of racism. I too was blindly fooled of how racism solely affects me as a black person and not seeing the effect on my America. The exclusion of 12%, causes undue suppression of 60% only so the 1% can stay in solitude.
