Amazing ability to distill leadership into a practical framework
I've known Dave Robinson for many years as a friend and a mentor. I have always been in awe of his ability to articulate extremely complex endeavors into manageable, executable plans. He applies that remarkable talent to distilling the substance of leadership into an energizing, practical framework that leaders at all levels will find immediately inspiring in their current pursuits. By far the Best book on Leadership
I have read many books on leadership. This author not only gives pointers, ideas and suggestions on developing great leaders but gives real life scenarios which puts what we read/hear into perspective.
I would highly recommend this book and also would recommend this as a tool to those leaders you are trying to develop.

Clear, practical leadership guide!
I have known Colonel David "Crusoe" Robinson for 30 years and have always thought of him as one of the best officers and fighter pilots I served with over my own 27-year career in the Marine Corps. This book is a distillation of the best and most practical leadership lessons a senior officer could have gleaned, and it is made even more useable by Colonel Robinsons long second career as a business and leadership consultant in the civilian world. I am recommending this book to all my business contacts and I recommend it to you.
