There is no PDF included with this book

Despite the author/narrator constantly referencing it. There is no PDF included with this audiobook. It would be way more helpful to have it.

Otherwise super helpful.

mint.com promo

this entire books is an ad for mint.com. I couldn't finish because of the over abundance of mint.c9m reference

Mint.com Commercial?

Not a bad remedial look at money, but not a lot of original insight. Also, what’s up with all the mint.com pitches? That almost ruined it for me.

Long-term financial planning at it's best!

This audiobook gives the listener a "Seminar's Length" of practical Investment and financial planning advice that should be very useful to those who utilize the information. No "New and Risky" "Untested" advice here, such as Crypto Currency Trading and "Newbie Investment Vehicles" like Robinhood trading accounts just time-tested and proven profitable recommendations that have existed for decades. And the author also seems to speak from his own Financial Planning experiences too. Therefore, this audio is well worth the money especially if you're a considerable amount of years away from Retirement (25 years or more). This book is for those individuals who desire to "Invest for the Long Haul", not for those seeking a 1000X return in a pre-IPO or Penny Stock in a volatile and speculative Market or genre of assets.

If you want to get out of debt or raise your FICO

Disappointed, I wanted to learn more about an investment strategy. I have a good FICO score and I would never link all my credit cards and bank together on mint.com
