I’ve now read/listened to all 4 books in this series, can’t wait for more! And cudos to the narrator!

Oooh yes!

I very much enjoyed this one! Loved the Agatha Christie style set up and the allusions (whether real or imagined by me) to RL authors, such fun! The plot was interesting and complicated enough to keep me thinking, without being so convoluted as to become confusing. Lomond’s team are growing on me and I am looking forward to meeting them again in book 3.

Angus King’s narration is, as always, perfect.

I’m very happy to have found this series and author.

I’ve been flailing around without interest in several sets of books. They haven’t been doing it for me like this one is. Can’t wait to see what happens next!

Fast paced and kept me guessing to the end! I love reading about places in Scotland that I have visited aso!

Angus King is brilliant

I like knowing that I will hear a convoluted tale of tragedy, some really fine comic moments, more concernt and hope for Tom, and one of the finest narrators out there.
