I enjoyed the presentation of the 7 questions and could see the impact they have on daily living. I think the assessment test is and nice addition to this book.

Amazingly insightful to the traumatic childhood experiences
This book spoke directly to the severe prolonged trauma that I experienced prior to five years old as well as the reasons why my reactions were what they were.
As a young child I was subjected to traumatic events that dramatically affected my life and caused me to have all seven of the primal questions in a scramble.
I truly hope that I can share my experiences and successes as well as the valuable lessons learned from so many years of scrambling to get those Yeses.
This book has definitely helped me to better explain what has been a life long internalized battle.

Mind blown
This book will blow your mind. When it got to the chapter on my primal question, he said things that I have felt for my entire life and I literally felt like I was the only one. Please read this book. Recommend it to your friends and family. It really is that good.
