why did you leave us right here dangling!!!!! I love love love this series. and now I have to register to both books again for a fix until the next one comes out. This series does not disappoint, it hits all right spots for a great read!

❤️ ️World Building: The world building was mostly done in the first book, The Serpent's Bride, but it is more finely tuned that continues from where the last book leaves off. You get more intimate details.

❤️Characters:I just love Nadi and Raziel, even as enemies there is that yearning from both of them. The side characters also stood out more in this book, but that’s mostly because greater attention is paid to them this time around because of what Raziel expects of Nadi.

❤️Story: I love most things written by @kathrynannkingsley and this is no different! The story is just amazing! There are so many layers upon layers of intrigue in this story, you never really know what direction that the story was going to go. It’s hard to gush about how great this book series is without spoiling it!

🎤Narration: @desireeketchum did a fantastic job with the narration with these books. Her transitions between the male and female voices perfectly. Her inflection was also very well done.

❤️‍🔥Overall: Listen if @kathrynannkingsley writes a book, you should just read/listen to it!

Jörmungandr Fact Inspired by the title of the book: The "World Serpent" that encircles Midgard (Earth) in the ocean, holding its own tail in its mouth. It is a child of Loki and is prophesied to fight Thor during Ragnarök. (source - my knowledge - I even have a tattoo of Jörmungandr)
