I take this book like medicine.

I had heartbreak in 2020 and my life became filled with emotional choas. Everything he says makes so much sense to me as if something inside was just speaking out loud. I trust the things he says and feel truth in it and it is so refresing in a world of stress. I listen to this everytime I feel anxious.
