Really Good!!

I had read these books a few years ago so it was a real treat to get to listen to them. Book1 :
Spirits,Stilettos and a Silver Bustier:
I loved this book! I got reacquainted with Piper and Julian, and absolutely love them! The story was so good it was full of mystery, action, and danger, with a good dose of romance thrown in.
Now for book 2!!
Spirits, Rockstars and a midnight Chocolate Bar..
This book was so intense and so intriguing! It kept me on edge of my seat! I couldn’t stop listening!! Really good!!
Book 3:
Spirits, Beignets, and a Bayou Biker Gang:
This may very well be my favorite so far. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story was amazing. There were so many cool things that happened in this book. You just have to read it for yourself or listen to it for yourself. Absolutely loved it!
Book 4:
Spirits, diamonds, and a drive to daiquiri stand:
Another great Pyper Rayne story!! it was a mystery with lots danger, drama and of course lots of romance. Gabra Zachman did an excellent job on narration!! I highly recommend.
Book 5:
Spirits Spells and Wedding Bells:
What a book!! One minute I’m crying next minute I’m grinning! Really good!! Loved it!!

Excellent series

I absolutely loved listening to this series. The characters and storyline where very good and I really enjoyed the way it unfolded.

Amazing Omnibus!

The Pyper Rayne series (more than just these first 5) is interesting, fun and romantic. These books really bring New Orleans to life. The characters are amazing, you can get sucked in really fast. Deanna Chase has created a fascinating world with people you want as friends. Gabriel Zackman is fabulous at bringing the story to life and you know which character is speaking by the tone of her voice. Really good, so much fun. Definitely catch the entire series.

Second time listen

I love Pyper … this is the second time I listened to Pyper’s stories … I love each one. I really love Ida May… she is my spirit animal….

This kept me entertained for hours.

What a fantastic start to pyper’s own series, it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Also it made me desperately want to go vintage shopping in New Orleans. I love the relationship between Pyper and her friends and the budding romance with Julius. I can’t wait to see how their story u folds.

It seems that Pyper and Julius will never get a break. Before they can really see where their romance is going they are whisked off on another adventure courtesy of the witches council. Is it really a quick easy fix or is something more sinister happening aboard this cruise ship. Pyper and her gang have another problem to solve and another innocent to save. This this another great installment in the series that had just enough fun and funny to balance the drama and dark magic.

This book is my favorite in Pyper’s series so far. Pyper and Julius search for a missing women, go up against a biker gang and pick up some strays and long lost family along the way. Pyper also discovers a hidden strength/power within herself and how to use it. Also I always thought I would want to be a forest which but this book makes me want to be a bayou witch with a pet alligator and an airboat.

Another great book. I really enjoyed seeing Bo and Pyper’s relationship grow and find family together. This one was a wild ride, full of jealous girlfriends, revenge and murder. Also, as always seems the case for Pyper, the New Orleans police did not help but only hindered finding the truth and keeping her family safe.

How much can go wrong right before Pyper’s wedding? Charlie accused of murder, Julius going missing, black magic and time running out before her wedding, Pyper has her hands full with another mystery. This was another great story, and I loved the ever growing relationship between Pyper and Bo, as well as the complete devotion her and Julius have for each other. This was such a fantastic way to end Pyper’s story…then again who knows maybe this isn’t the end.

I love these stories. Pyper and friends are great! Ida May is hilarious.
My only suggestion is to read the Jade Calhoun books at the same time. The stories are intertwined and I felt that I was missing parts of the story by just reading the Pyper books.
Gabra Zackman is the best narrator!

I love this series so much and its awesome having them all in one. Being back in this world with Jade Calhoun is great and Pyper is so entertaining.

Deanna Chase makes you feel like you're in the story and know the characters personally. Gabra Zackman does a beautiful job bringing it all to life.

Book 1
What a fantastic beginning to Pyper's series! Pyper is a strong, vibrant woman who owns a coffee shop, body paints, and can communicate with ghosts. Along comes Julius, a ghost witch, that Pyper falls hard for.  I loved the romance and chemistry between the two as they try to discover who is killing women in NOLA. Pyper's first book had me smiling, laughing, sighing and cheering.

Book 2
This is Pyper's 2nd book and just as entertaining as the first! Julius gets called away for an assignment on a cruise, so Pyper, Jade and Kane go along to assist. Murder, possessions, curses, and ghosts fill the ship as Pyper and Julius try to get to date number 2.

Book 3
Pyper's third book is just as entertaining as the first two! While searching for a missing girl, Pyper and Julius tangle with a biker gang, comes across a teenage who needs help, meet an eccentric older lady, and deal with ghosts popping in and out. Lots of laughs as Pyper and Julius race to help everyone they can.

Book 4
Absolutely love Pyper! I love how real the characters and story feels. Following Pyper as she looks for a wedding dress, to rushing to save her brother to investigating a murder, the book is non-stop and entertaining. Filled with love, laughter and a few tears, somehow, each book is better than the last.

Book 5
Loved it! Pyper and Julius's wedding day is fast approaching and there are so many things left to do. Find a murderer, break a curse and try to bring home the groom are just a few things on Pyper's list.

Love this series!!

This is a great series and I love being able to listen to them all in one place! Pyper Rayne is an amazing character that only Deanna Chase can create! This is a spin off of the wonderful Jade Calhoun series. The fantastic characters that flow thru the series are amazing and I love the romance and the humor. This is worth the listen and I wish this series would continue!
