Very informative and motivating, I enjoyed hearing everyone’s backstory and how they got to where they are in life.

Blake Griffin...more than a NBA Star

When Covid hit I started walking my dog...a lot. Audible became my 2nd best friend. I also decided to take my health by the horns and have listened to many books on nutrition and fitness. I really had no idea what an NBA Star would provide me but the title intrigued me so I downloaded it. Wow is what I have to say about a Blake Griffin. What a down to earth guy and the variety of people he interviewed was extremely interesting and motivating. I’ve told all my Audible friends this is a must listen. 10 stars!!!

Fascinating and honest

As a fan of the NBA, I’ve seen Blake interviewed a thousand times. Now he is on the other side of the mic and better than ever. His ability to make his guests comfortable results in great talks. I was intrigued throughout all ten episodes. Thank you Blake Griffin!

He interviewed a variety of people that gave insight on different aspects of health and wellness as well as different outlooks on life. Very interesting topics and people.

Enjoyed 70% of these

I enjoyed 70% of these episodes. A couple of them weren’t with listening to. The Karlie Kloss and Chelsea Handler episodes were very disappointing. Consider skipping those. The rest were very interesting and I liked the diverse group.

Perfect….

Perfect science-fiction for the science minded. Such an imaginative storyteller. Can’t wait to hear the rest of the story.

This ended up being more interesting than I anticipated. I found Blake to be very humorous and thoughtful with his comments. Definitely will listen to the next episodes.

Learned some great tips...

...about several different health topics. The author/narrator is very engaging and likable. If they could have edited out all the times he and certain guests said “like” gratuitously, it would have been perfect.
