I have been waiting for their story since the beginning and it exceeded my expectations.
I absolutely love this authors writing style and the movie quotes and cute names are the best. I can't get enough of these characters and their amazing storylines.Being back in the Billionaire world was so amazing and so much fun. Sinclair Sterling will always be my #1 favourite billionaire but Liam Kincaid is close to the top of the list. I love Liam's alphaholeness and his sweeter side. I always liked Isla's sweet and sassyness, however now we get to know more of her and she is absolutely stunning and beautiful inside and out, and I absolutely love her. Mr. Grumpy McHotpants just one of the cute names Isla calls Liam that I adore. Their lovestory has a mixture of everything wonderful. Witty banter, humor, sexyness, lots of suspense, sweet moments and heartfelt ones too.The ending is the champagne toast. Absolutely loved it.

Shane East, Roxy Isles dual narration was purely perfection.

I loved this couple! Isla and Liam are audacious, quirky and stubborn, i really enjoyed the arranged marriage , enemies to lovers dynamic, i enjoyed revisiting with beloved characters both Sovranos and the 7. Shane East is fabulously growly and arrogant as Liam yet so protective and quick to acknowledge his feelings for her. Roxy Isles is back with her incredible narration of our eccentric heroine with spine of steel and a wonderful sense of humor and they both weave a wonderful tale of falling head over heels in love with the most unlikely character when you least expect it.

THANK YOU for writing a story for women like myself that are living with this auto immune disorder. I have a husband that adores me with or without my hair so it’s fantastic to read about a man that finds his lover beautiful from the inside out!!! The female character was resilient and relatable even with her numerous insecurities. While the male character made you fall in love with him and his dominant ways. Steamy, inspiring and educational!!! Excellent combination!!!

I felt like there were 2 different couples.

I felt like there were 2 different couples through out this entire story. The Liam during Iilas perspective and the Liam during his own, just seemed like two completely different people. As well as Iila during Liam’s perspective and Iila during her own. I also didn’t enjoy getting the details after character reactions because I felt like I was in the dark and extremely confused. This story was not easy to follow for me mostly because of the whiplash personalities.

Wow, another great book.

L Steele, you've done it again. this book was funny and so doggone romantic it hurt. I love this entire series. I can't wait to read more

An Alphahole with Romantic tendencies…

Wow…these Alphaholes just get sappier and sappier lol. How can a man that cares for nothing and no one be brought to his knees by one tiny fierce woman? Idk but I sure wish one would come my way. With Audible you can hear the deep gruff voices you only imagine when you’re reading for yourself.
All the 7 and the 7 others are straight up fire! And Liam is no different. He burns so hot that the embers are still biting hours after you’ve closed the book. The volcano that is Liam and Isla still simmering days after you’ve read the last sentence. Just wow…now for Hunters story…bring on the heat Lex!!!

Isla is a wedding planner and is planning Liams wedding. But, something happens and Liam comes to Isla with a deal that she can't say no to. Things are being hidden and when the secrets come out, it could all be ruined.

I couldn't stop listening!!! Shane was the PERFECT Liam and Roxy was amazing as Isla.

L Steele always blows me away

unexpected

This story is different from the usual plot. Liam surprised me as the story unfolded, changing my opinion of him as he falls for the quirky Isla. Their chemistry is explosive, and their journey to HEA is hard, quite discouraging at times, but they do make it.
Shane East is one of my 'eargasm' voices and I am always looking forward to hear him give life to the characters. It is my second time listening to Roxy Isles. She did such an amazing job, perfect voice for Isla. I will be looking for more.

Unexpected, touching romance!!

The Proposal, an Audiobook by L. Steele is the story of Liam and Isla. She’s a wedding planner, planning his wedding. But, things don’t go quite as anticipated. Later, he makes her a proposition she can’t refuse. They both have secrets and past issues that could change everything. This story is well-written, the characters are likable, and was a wonderful story!!!

This Audiobook was excellently narrated by Shane East and Roxy Isles. I absolutely LOVED how Roxy portrayed Isla…I chuckled, laughed, and guffawed throughout with her uproarious performance. Shane was no less wonderful as Liam. His tongue-in-cheek humor and sultry voice made those chapters wonderful to hear. It was difficult to hear him at times because he would start normal and his voice would slowly get lower and lower…making it difficult to hear.

When Liam confessed his traumatic past to Isla, I hoped she let go of her secret too.
But it took her too long and it got a bit on my nerves. So Liams character was much more loveable.

To take over his father's companies Liam must get married and have an heir by his fortieth birthday. He has everything seems to going well, until his fiance calls off the wedding. Liam wants Isla to pretend she is marrying him, becoming his wife, and giving him a baby. The two do not see eye to eye, but as time passes feeling change and will they pull this fake relationship off

Great characters

This woman knows how to tame her man, fake or not. With great characters that I absolutely adore. The performance is brilliant, both narrators capture the personalities of these characters.

Brilliant adaptation

Boy do the sparks fly between the two leads. Isla is a wedding planner and when her latest bride asks her if she should go through with the wedding. Isla tells her to go with her heart, she runs. Laim the groom blames Isla and offers her a deal. she will become his bride. This story deals with secrets and how sharing can be cathartic.
This is a brilliant story with strong lead characters this adaptation is perfect amother great book from L Steele
