Excellent primer on private equity

Second time listening to this book. Left w golden nuggets after each time. Adam is a wealth of knowledge.

Packed with tons of info. Great book for anyone interested in getting into PE. May not be the best for experienced PE professionals but great for everyone else.

Good overview of partnering with PE

I had a decent knowledge of PE from a fund point of view. This book added the perspective of the entrepreneur that sells to PE or the corporate execute that moves to work in a PE owned company.
