great stories great narrator great deal

96 hours of truly interesting exciting stories- Agatha christie is really the foundation of the classic mystery- Peter Coates is such the perfect narrator-- no one will regret buying this collection

Narrator

Love a British narrator but this one…. Many “different “ pronunciations by narrator. Very distracting cadence, a bit sing-song like.

A great introduction to Agatha Christie's works.

Most of the titles were well done, almost as good as reading them oneself. Have to say though that after many attempts I was forced to skip all the stories narrated by Mark Bowen. I could not get around the peculiar way that he ended the pronunciation of the last word in every sentence.

Decent assortment

Dear God, the narrator in the final section was the worst narrator in the history of narration.

A narrator who can’t effectively read aloud!

While I love Agatha Christie stories, the narration by Mark Bowen is appalling. He appears unable to add any correct inflection and even stresses incorrect words in sentences, thereby destroying the elements of sentence construction so carefully developed by the author. This is the worst narration I’ve experienced!

Two different narrators - and one is awful

Lovely narrator is interrupted in random chapters by a terrible narrator. Over and over again. Do not purchase.

The first narrator is good; however, the second narrator is not (about half of the book).
