Publisher's Summary

Your Porn Habit Is No Joke!

If you're watching porn every day, you're on the road to ruining your life and many others as well. Slam the door on your addiction, and take back your life with best-selling author and men's coach Andrew Ferebee.

Congratulations! I mean it. If you're reading this right now, you've taken an important step toward acknowledging that porn has become a problem for you, and that's huge. Now, it's time to actually do something about it - that's where it falls apart for most people, but not you, because you're going to add this to your cart and actually listen to it...then listen to it again...because breaking cycles isn't easy, whether it's booze, drugs, or porn, but I'm here to guide you toward success.

Why am I the right guide?

Cause I've been there and done that. When I was in high school and college, I wasted thousands of hours watching porn when I could have been out there in the real world finding true happiness. I even managed to ruin a solid, loving relationship because watching so much porn had really done a number on me when it came to sex and emotional attachment.

With this book, I'm trying to make sure you don't make the same mistakes. But you can only break porn's hold on you if you're well and truly ready to change. Are you:

Tired of porn butting into your daily life to the point you find yourself looking forward to getting home and getting off even when you're out having a good time with friends, doing something you used to love, or even hanging out with your girlfriend?

Sick of the fact that you now watch porn that's way more graphic and intense than anything you thought you'd ever watch a year or two ago?

Then this book is for you.

GUYS, IF YOU HAVE EVER TRIED TO QUIT PORN..

If you have ever tried to quit porn and masturbatiion for good, then you know is NOT EASY (too say the veryleast). After trying to quit PMO for about 9 years now, I've tried just about every trick in the book, accountability charts, accountability buddies, affirmations, willpower, you name it I've done it. I can honestly say I was/ am a recovering FULL BLOWN porn-addict, releasing my energy multiple times a day and ruining the first half of my life, no different than someone addicted to opiates, cocaine, or drugs. My symptoms were severe depression, isolation, anxiety, extreme fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, guilt, resentment, no friends, zero sex, and an overall feeling of lack of self-control. I was helpess in so many ways due to this ravent and destructive addiction. If you are looking to quit masturbation and can relate to me in any way, then please I URGE YOU to buy this audiobook. It only takes an hour and a half to listen to and will open your eyes to everything you've ever thought about porn. It has COMPLETELY changed my mind about how I now view porn and was the one missing piece I needed to quit this horrible addiction. The author has quit himself, and gives you a complete map on how to quit and create results. The amount of information covered in this short audiobook is exceptional, and will completely change how you view and react to porn. Again, I now only masturbate one time a week, Monday, and only to my imagination. Every area of my life has improved. Since I've quit porn and excess PMO I've cured my depression, anxiety, fybromyalgia, chostochindritis, fatigue, and Gilbert's Syndrome (all of which were too painful to discuss in this review). This book has quite literally saved my life, and I know it can do the same for you. I deeply thank the author for writing this book, and thank God for putting it in front of me.

Direct, Candid and blunt.

I lost my marriage of 11.5 years due to my addiction to porn. That was 15 years ago. 15 years of renewed desires to quit, failed attempts only to find new ways to secretively delve to even deeper lows. This has lead to depression, feelings of loss and lack of self-worth. The material, facts, figures in this book and impacts are alarming to say the least.

Great work Andrew. Treating this as a true addiction will help me in my recovery to becoming the best me. When you highlighted the three accessibility factors of addiction it hit me like a ton of bricks. This is a pandemic of biblical proportions.

I strongly recommend this book.

Wow...

This is the talk you should of had with yourself but distracted yourself by watching porn!

A great self awareness argument that after you read it, your mind logically can not watch porn anymore.

For any guy on the upward spiral and becoming a better man, this book needs to be downloaded and stored into your brain.

Enough is enough. Yes, us guys love naked women, but have you seen the manboys who just stay at home and watch porn all day? Some become sterile, and these guys are just sad lonely people.

I'd rather be with a women, than watch them have sex with other guys.

The narrator was excellent and engaging.

90% Study findings with 10% actionable items

A great book, but the subtitle is a little misleading. I would compare the book to how "The Power of Habit" was written. The majority of the book offers the authors findings in the subject, well the last chapter offers items on how you can change your life habits related to the subject. The subtitle makes one think it would be the other way around. Regardless, this is a great book. This book would make a great read for people who do not think the porn pandemic is real, and the last chapter offers good content on cutting out this bad habit.

Great book even if you aren't addicted to porn

A must read even if you are a mild user of porn.
It explains the negetive effects of it and provides very convincing reasons to stop it's consumption.

Awesome

This is a great book about getting your life on track and pursuing your life purpose rather than self-pleasure. I'm so glad the author chose to read his own book. His enthusiasm for material is infectIous.

He breaks down the subject matter into simple language, concise chapters with clear ideas. I'm definitely planning on listening to this one again.

The Audiobook contain more information than the Kindle book. Unfortunately this means they don't match as much as I'd like for reading along. There where three spots where the editor didn't cut out the narrator repeating himself.

Meh

The gist of this book is pretty much the same as most your-brain-on-your esque books. Watch porn, overstimulate your brain, get desensitized to life, etc. The only thing left for me to focus on then is the wonky narration or the weirdly phrased sentences. For example, "woman" is used a lot in place of the plural (as a dramatic flair I guess) and it feels really strange and out of place. Like some kind of blind motivational mantra.

Not a good book at all

Full of edit mistakes - for example, he repeats himself a lot. Also, most of the information is taken from Your Brain on Porn.

All his books are great especially the 'playbook'

An eye opener and agree that a little that don't cause the women harm is ok. It's would be seen as Erotica. The Net is changing people's view of what is acceptable and we are the first generation in this, we don't know the real harm but totally agree that it seems socially acceptable when some porn should not. Get all his books as Andrew talks real sense and is there to help those whom have reached out. On a personal note, thanks Andrew you helped me out in an hour of need. I going to fulfil my potential as the 'Man I want to be'.

Very good book, inspiring and motivating

Loved it, easy to listen and digest. Completely changed my view on porn industry. The more we train our brain with porn the more girls we need digitally and in real life. Our brain was never design to handle 200 women per hour. Balance is the key as Andrew says it. Thank you Andrew
