I’m afraid I will never find another audiobook as good as this one

This book blew me out of the water (ride the tide!!) haha sorry couldn’t help myself with the water pun lol but seriously this book has it all!! Great voice actors, the background noises, the SOUNDTRACK?! I mean come on it was epic! This set the bar so high being the first audiobook I ever heard and then I went on to read another that was just one person silently reading a book and changing their voice slightly for other characters! My standards are too high now lol anyways this is easily my new favorite book and I have been telling everyone I know about it and I can’t wait to read it again when I hear of the next one being released 🤍🩵🤍🩵

So entertaining! I couldn’t stop listening

I love the background music, sound effects and all the different voices and personalities. It was so entertaining! I’m so sad it’s over. The story totally sucked me in. I loved it so much! I can’t wait for the next book to come out.

I will be anxiously awaiting the announcement for book 2. This book has officially set the bar for audio books for me with an entire cast narrating the whole thing, a full musical score from start to finish, and literally every single amazing thing that I love about storytelling. I honestly can not get enough, and the songs that are in the book are also available on music streaming platforms, so I will be adding them to my list immediately. I will say that there are some potential triggers for people who might be sensitive to information about abuse, death, etc but it's an AMAZING book and I cannot get enough.

Dynamic

Loved the dynamic reading-the sounds and songs were amazing! I really appreciated that the character’s choices stayed in line with who she was as a character. Hope to hear another one!

Excellent book!

The story, characters, and performance kept me listening and interested the whole time.
I’m excited for the second book!
The only thing I didn’t like were all the sound effects. Other than that it was great!

A whole vibe

Can’t wait for the sequel. This was a great first audiobook experience. The utopian/dystopian binary was portrayed in such an interesting way.

Entertaining and engaging

This was fun listen that I would recommend to tweens and teens. I enjoyed listening to it as an adult but it did get a little long. I would definitely listen to the sequel. I also appreciated the fact that it was clean with no swearing (besides made up swear words for their planet) or sex scenes.

SONGS that go WITH the story!!

The fact that this is a truly unique, well done, original story with not only the author being a gifted writer but first and foremost an artist and composed original songs to go with the book. NEVER heard of that being a thing and am so excited for the next installment. This would be my 4th time listening to it. The author has set the bar high for audiobooks and I love how the envelope for creativity is being pushed.

A pleasant surprise

A brilliant performance on a great story with some fun music. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Can’t wait for the next one

It was a very unique concept and fun story. Also, i enjoyed the music. The narration was a little slow, do I listened on 2x. I would slow it down for the songs.
