Very good info

This set is chock full of good info, and the author really approaches the subject from a holistic, whole-person point of view. She covers emotional, mental, and hormonal aspects of PCOS, not just the physical ones. She gives a lot of good info on various diets and how they affect PCOS, which I found much more helpful than a single, specific recommended eating plan. This is just a great collection & overview of a lot of what science knows about PCOS so far. If you're looking for a kind of general PCOS handbook, buy this set.

Very Informative

Sometimes I feel like I understand how to improve my health. In general, I do. This book helped me to hear options I haven't considered. I learned more about supplements and diet options. Honestly it was motivating to hear the information in the mornings on my way to work. I look forward to applying the suggestions and seeing how I can improve my health.

Perfect

This book is absolutely perfect in all the right ways! Although, if you’ve just been diagnosed with PCOS in the past 2-3 months, brace yourself. This can be a brain overload and make you wanna quit. I love that there are 2 books in 1. There’s so much good information. It doesn’t make you feel like you have to pick one side or another when it comes to finding a pattern of trying to heal your body. Everyone’s body is different. Find what works for you! 💛

Nothing you haven't read on sketchy websites

Sadly you won't find any cure in this book.

Full of unreliable anecdotes and the kind of 'facts' you find when you come across untrustworthy and unbacked articles on websites.

I was pretty disappointed with this book because the few reviews for it seemed to suggest that it would be factual but it just doesn't seem to be.

If anyone finds a book with genuine evidence about PCOS then let me know!

Easy to listen to, informative and all over positive experience. Great addition to your library if you suffer PCOS or studying more into it

very informative

This book was very informative. No doctor informed me of any of these symptoms or life changes needed.
